Idayath OLORY-TOGBE
Regional Head of Corporate & Tax

Idayath OLORY-TOGBE is a chartered accountant and heads the network's tax and corporate activities across the West African region. She holds Master's degrees in tax, accounting and finance. She has advised numerous clients on company incorporation as well as private equity, M&A and restructuring deals.

Olutola OLUDIMU-ADEYEMI
Regional Head of Legal Services

Olutola OLUDIMU-ADEYEMI is a member of the Nigerian Bar and oversees the network's international transactions, investment law, and dispute resolution activities across the West African region. In addition to her other credentials, she holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with a major in Secured Credit Transactions, International Law, and Oil and Gas Law.

Thierno K. OLORY-TOGBE
Co-Founder

Thierno K. OLORY-TOGBE is a financial and legal expert with over 15 years experience in complex commercial litigation, investment dispute resolution, sovereign debt management, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), project finance and cross-border transactions, particularly in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.

He started his carreer as financial analyst, was admited to the Benin Bar, then practiced in private and public sector where he held various strategic responsibilities. These include the position of Chief Legal Counsel at the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) hosted by the African Development Bank (AfDB).

In July 2023, he was appointed as Technical Legal Advisor to the Senior Minister of Economy and Finance by the Government of Benin.

He holds master’s degrees in law and finance, as well as an Executive Certificate in Economic Development from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
